Flu Update
Dear Parents,
We have experienced an increase in the number of students absent from school as a result of the flu outbreak. As is our typical procedure, we assess each student’s circumstances individually and make a decision in the best interest of the student. It is essential for you to contact your child’s teachers to have a conversation about what the accommodations are. I suggest communicating by email. We will notify you if we have an attendance concern.

High School Honors Math Classes at Bergen Community College

Ridgewood High School and Bergen Community College have collaborated to offer two summer courses in Mathematics:  Geometry Honors and Algebra 2 Honors.  Please see the Math Department website for more information.

Ridgewood Freshmen Football 2009

Players can get their physical exam forms turned into the school nurse at anytime. Exams are valid for 365 days from the date of the exam.

 

Ridgewood Freshmen Football 2009

1.       Summer Weight Training Workout – RHS Fitness Center Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9:00-12:00 & 3:00-6:00, begins Monday June 29, 2009 through Friday, August 14, 2009.

2.       Summer F.I.T. Program – Tuesdays and Thursdays, begins June 30, 2009 (time and location TBD)

3.       Ridgewood Wing-T Camp – RHS Stevens Field, Monday August 3 – Friday, August 7, 2009 9:30am – 3:30pm

4.       Football Equipment Issued - Friday, August 7, 2009. Equipment will be issued following lunch and awards ceremony at the camp

5.       Freshmen Football Practice begins – Saturday, August 22, 2009 9:00 am sharp at RHS, bring your lunch.  It is very important that everyone attends.
Blackboard
Blackboard is an online classroom that is an extension of the learning process. Students are able to access information regarding assignments and course events.
Students have a Blackboard username and password which they use to gain access to all courses they are enrolled in.
